-We got a notice yesterday that hot water would be off today from 9-5pm. Inconvenient but understandable. It is now 10:40p, the hot water is STILL not on. Have called front desk, have called management, no one can tell me when it will be turned on. Might not be tonight, might not be tomorrow. PEOPLE HAVE WORK!!!!!! IT IS NOT OKAY TO JUST TURN OFF WATER SO THE ENTIRE BUILDING CANNOT SHOWER OR DO LAUNDRY!!!!!!
-Roaches EVERYWHERE. We have raid, clean apartment, exterminator has come 3 times. IT IS A -------- BUILDING AND WILL NEVER BE CLEANED UP.
-The guest parking lot is a mess. People park all over the place and the building does nothing about it.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am tenent in Apt16D and i have been living here for 7 years now and i couldn't agree more. They do as they please here as far as water and electricity is involved. it's off every 2 weeks!!!!!!!! I can't wait to move!
