Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
This place is freaking disgusting. It is infested with roaches......they come through the piping and dishwasher. Just look at the list downstairs asking for exterminations...it;'s never ending. They came and exterminated our place 3 times and they still come back through the pipes. Everywhere else rent is going down...........except this building which raises it the maximum 3% it's allowed legally per year.
