Lived there for 3 years. Not bad. Roaches were a problem at first but we used a repellent once and never had them again. The apartment is HUGE by Jersey standards. The rent is steep but includes all amenities.Hardwood floors -no carpeting necessary, Deposit was returned almost in full within a month after we moved out.Would definitely recommend it.
