I would agree with the two most recent commenters - the place is not bad at all. I stayed there for a year and was quite happy with the place. They have been doing a lot of rennovation here and it seems to be paying off.

The people in the building are mostly quite courteous and treat you well. I had a few maintenance requests which were taken care off, promptly.

Lastly, my security deposit was returned in full - no complaints/delays etc.
(i've had terrible experiences with the sec deposit in the six years i have been renting)

They could definitely improve a few things.... but for the price, with all utils included.. it cant be beat!!!!
