Living there is a disaster, and moving out is an equal disaster......They don't like to return security deposits!! They prey on people not wanting to argue with managment, and eventually forfeiting their security. If you do deceide to rent from these monsters, make sure you take pictures when you move into the apartment.....This way, you have proof that any damage is normal wear/tear. These units are old, and not well-maintained. With that being said, management will claim that you are liable for anything they can come up with.
Do yourself a favor - and find another apartment to live in.

THIS BUILDING IS IN FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP WHICH HAS A CO INSPECTION BEFORE THEY CAN RENT THE APARTMENT , SO WHEN YOU MOVE IN IT HAS PASSED THE TOWNSHIPS INSPECTION WHICH IS INDEPTH. SO WHEN YOU MOVE OUT IF YOU SCREWED UP THE APARTMENT THEY HAVE PROOF OF CONDITION WHEN YOU MOVED IN !
IF YOU MAKE HOLES OR DON'T CLEAN , YEA THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO CLEAN YOUR MESS AND DAMAGE !
