In general things were okay for apartment living in NJ.
The turnover in staff and management was way too high, and the service they claimed to provide suffered. Service was no better than any other apartment. This would have probably been better had the initial staff and management remained.
The perks of "free" cable, computer access, and breakfasts were very nice, however the premium rent more than covers what those items would cost.
The buildings were recently built and were very nice inside and out.
Parking in some areas was horrible (people blocked cars in), but that was just because people were too lazy to park in open spaces and walk across the complex. Noise was moderate. Like all other apartments, you could hear the people walking around above you and the stereo next to you. It was no better or worse than previous experiences.
If I had to live in an apartment again, I would probably stay there.
