I've read the other reviews and had to add my comments. Yes you can say is a little pricey, but then for this area and what is included, is not really that bad. The staff in my opinion is very friendly and helpful. When I first move in, in October, I found the electrical wiring not up to my standard and called the office. They fixed all the problems within hours. The parking is so so, not bad, but being a little on the lazy side I'd prefer to park sometimes a little more closer to unload the groceries. The units I find on the quiet side. My particualr unit is nice and privat with a nice view (unobstructed by anything. My only complaint I have is the internet service, wichi is way too slow, slower then cable and this is supposed to be T1, but they are working on it as I write this, I'll keep you posted.
I love the place and the people and is very safe and immaculate.
