We pay a premium rent to use the wonderful pool and grill area.

Then those facilities are re-rented out for private parties (and exclude us from using them during those times). It's like booking two people for the same seat on an airplane. Very poor and inconsiderate.

Parking is bad enough without hundreds of extra cars. Where are we supposed to park when we return home from work' Unbelievable!

This is a nice place to live but will not be for long if they keep trying to squeeze out every last penny of earning potential.
