No Parking at a lovely complex

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The apartment, staff and amenities are top drawer however if you are unable to park your car it means naught. I have become so frustrated at having to park outside the gate and walk (in the dark) for several blocks to my apartment that I am moving out before my lease ends. And most recently, the complex has decided to repave the parking lot the second week of August. The letter states that residents must move their cars from the area to be paved. I am waiting for a response as to where I should park my car as I can't find a space now.
