Rent Goes Up...Amenities Go Down

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
My rent went up $100 this year. And the amenities went down. I tried to discuss this problem with their corporate office in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania but was met with an obnoxious and defensive Vice-President. The next communication I receive from them was a threat of eviction if I continue to persue the "rent issue."
One of the problems with this place is that you have a bunch of uneducated twenty-somethings trying to run a property that do not have a degree in hotel management.
This property is run like a hotel. Daytrippers and transient consultants.
The front office and corporate staff are very hostile and immature.
