Over the past year this place has really gone down hill. As the other people have commented the rent keeps going up and the level of service has declined. The worst part about it is that some of the stuff they don t take care of creates a hazard for residents. Lights are out in the parking lots, they don t property salt the parking lots, landings, steps or sidewalks and it can take them 2-3 days just to properly plow the parking lot. A few tiles have been loose in front of the club house for months and they make a poor attempt to fix them but then they are loose again for months before someone tries again. They advertise a movie night but they never list what movies are playing so there is no way to tell if its worth going to and some months week, other months its one time, sometimes its every other week so you never know if its going to happen. The grills that they tell you they supply were partly broken (the igniter) the entire summer last year and still don t look repaired. In the past they handled the relationship with the drycleaner, now they no longer will and if we have a problem it s our issue to deal with. When I first moved in here a few years ago I thought this was a great well run place, in the past year I have seen a decline in maintenance, quality of services and the attitude of the staff seems like they are doing you a favor, they don t return phone calls promptly, to get little things fixed it takes several phone calls just to get a return call, for the cost of rent its ridiculous. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
