Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have been living this apartment for two years and half in two beds room apartment.
This plance runs like a hotel so they asked me to leave before noon.
I am living in unfurnished apartment and paid the whole month though.
Anyway here are cons and pros.
Pros:
1.Club house , swimming pool are good.
2.Maintenance service is good.
3.Parking is adequate.
Cons:
1.For now, you can not get high speed internet and HD digital cable service.
(The current internet service is very slow.)
2.The office manager and staff are unprofessional and get hotile when you ask something.
3.Rental fee goes up almost 10% every year. (I paid $2200 including a detached garage but now I am paying $2,270 without garage)
4.I had to pay move in fee ($800) which is not refundable.
5.I hear rats are coming around through ventilation.
