At the end of the lease, I finally get to see what they truly are. They will try their best to rip you off by declining your routine service request of repairing a broken toilet and then charging you a good amount of money for "breaking" it. Wait till they hear from BBB! Do not live here unless you are ready to get all ripped off by their move-out inspection!
