Don't expect things to be fixed quickly, if ever. Don't expect the hedges to be trimmed, the snow to be cleared, or general maintenance to be done. And, when it is, it is half-way done. For example, they painted our front door/stairwell area, except the parts they couldn't reach, and except where door hangings were. WITH NO NOTICE AT ALL. Six calls to the front office later, there are still huge areas that remain unpainted, including the middle of the door. Also, be aware they give almost no notice for things like fire inspections, which necessitate everything to be removed from porches and which happen over holiday weekends. AND, when there were 16 break-ins in the complex, management did NOT notify anyone. We found out from a low-level staffer after the undercover polic were partolling the area. Phone calls to the front office and/or to the management group are NEVER returned, regardless of reason, policies change without notice, etc. BAD MANAGEMENT. GO NEXT DOOR.
