I'll give pros and cons but I have to say overall, I'm extremely happy that I moved here.

Pros:
Management has been great with me, especially Chris in the office. She just helps you with whatever you need. She is a delight. I have had maintence issues and no matter what, they have been fixed asap.

Apartments are very spacious! And especially for pets, which you are allowed to have. They also let you paint the apartments (which you do have to paint back before you leave,) but it's worth it instead of living in the white. All apartments have balconies or patios, and I just simply love that.

The apartments are also nice and quiet. Now I have not had anyone living under me since I moved in so I can't be that reliable of a source, but my next door neighbors have parties all the time, and I can NEVER hear them unless I open my front door or go onto my balcony. Thats a huge plus!!!

Now for some cons- althouth they do landscape once a week and the lawns are very nice, the littering is only maintained like once a week. The tennis courts should be condemned. They are infested with garbage, and there are no nets up to play tennis. And kids ride their bikes on the courts which tear them apart.

The pool is nice and big, but the cost is $85 for the summer for a single adult!!! That's outrageous. Now you can just buy $5 passes, but it's highly expensive to be part of the pool. And the pool doesn't open til 12:45pm! I feel that is really late.

Otherwise, I think the neighborhood is safe, the people are very nice, and overall it's a great place to live!
