hmm From: alybabeex3@gmail.com Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   well this is what i think about somerset mews.. it could be because i come from a nice town & only live here because i go to school @ rutgers- but the area is pretty trashy. the apartment is nice.. @ least on the inside. it's very spacious & not too much goes wrong with it. parking is good & my neighbors never bother me. now onto the bad.. let's see .. the first week we moved in, my boyfriend and i were outside & watched my neighbor across the hall get ROBBED at GUNPOINT by 3 black guys w/ bandannas over their faces. oh that was thrilling. strike #1. since the day we moved in we had NO hot water. the pilot light kept going out on our hot water heater and we KEPT CALLING but the people are idiots and don't speak english so they constantly just came to "relight" it, although CLEARLY we needed a new one since it KEPT going out. needless to say we got tired of calling & my boyfriend had to keep relighting it.. until one night when there was gas built up and the ---- shot fire out @ him and burned him pretty badly. so i spent the night in the ER and we shoulda sued the ---- outta them. strike #2. oh and might i add the BODY that was found in a TRUNK in this place. strike #3.. nothing else needs to be said. 27 is the most ghetto part of somerset & the people around here suck and i can't wait to move back to my nice beach town and be done with this place :)
