me and my husband recently got married in october and we moved here. we are now in our 2nd apt because the first one had mold problems. before we moved in we took 1 last look at the place and saw the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. we brought it to the leasing offices attention and we were told it would be fixed. we move in everything is going great and i get sick. 3 rounds of antibiotics can't figure out whats wrong. one day in the shower i notice black coming through the wall.. ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT OVER THE MOLD. so after my husband calling 4 times, they come and fix it, im healed. couple weeks later i start breaking out in rashes. next thing you know, water is leaking from the ceiling above the sink and again you see mold. fed up, my husband went to the leaseing office demanding we get a new place. which we have. they were nice enough to give us the newly renovated apt for the same price as wha we were paying. now our issue is the heat. 2 days after moving everything our heat breaks. the stupid maintance solution "your thermostat is broken you need newone" my heat now comes on every 2 mins for 30 secs. what we pay in pseg bills, is what you pay for a house... i can't wait till our lease is up and we can get the hell out of here...
