Great apartment--lived here sine June 2008 and currently Jan 2010 & will be here till June 2010

We have lived here for almost a year and lovee the apartment but our neighbors are the most obnoxious south indian people EVER. The management IS NOT doing anything about it. They claim they have sent them "legal letters" but still those people continue to walk on the floor obnoxiously or have their baby crawl on the floor with loud stomping noises. NO ONE meaning management and the cops have been able to do anything, they all have warned them but those people continue with their noise. My husband and I have asked them NUMEROUS times nicely to walk like humans but they clearly dont understand. I recently called the management to complain about them again and she said i cant do anything about it because they are complaining about you guys too with the loud music and you guys have to talk it out. The question to my management is so WHY were they making the noises BEFORE we had the loud music. So now i just play my surround system loud enough not to hear them and im sure it bothers them and MAYBE they'll understand how much their walking bothers us. They are walking ALL THE TIME like they are on a freaking running marathon. If you want to live here, live in an upstairs unit and make sure theres NO ------- around you. Other than that, these apartment are spacious and nice. I would continue to live here but since NO ONE is doing anything about the rowdy neighbors, I CANT deal with it for another year.

I'm still at this apartment--renewd the lease for another year. The people living above us have left & life is peaceful again. Thankyou somerset mews for managing it well. Deff recommend these apartments to anyone who hasn't seen them yet. They are great.

I guess they should learn to levitate, maybe they should stop trying to teach the baby how to walk. Sounds like you have such a horrible life, maybe you should just end it...
