I moved in into this development in the summer of 2001. The apartment we moved into was just finished and it looked like they had just walked out! There was plaster everywhere and it was filthy. When I called they told me they had cleaned it. Period. We cleaned it out and moved in. The walls are very thin. The tile in the kitchen is not made for the kitchen and does not keep very clean and is difficult to clean. there were no cable covers which meant for the first couple of weeks we had gaping holes in the walls. On three mornings, I found empty weed baggies and cored out cigars on the side of my car. The teens are out and fighting all night during the summer and each nite there is ritual game of ring the door bell and run. Strange people are constantly ringing the door bell solicitng or selling something and the land scaping is horrendous. The pool and recreational facilites have not been completed after 1.5 years and the "play ground" is a set of swings and what looks like a recreation set purchased at sears. Way too small for a neighborhood. The service is horrible you have to jump through hoops to get answers to questions. Moreover, quessing when they are in the office is game in it's self. Word of advice, don't trust the clock on the door.
