When we moved in the apartments were brand new. There is plenty of parking, whether in the street or in the parking spots. The Landscape isn't that great.... barren. Ground Collects lots of water and some of the new plated trees appear to be dying. There was supposed to be a pool, tennis courts, and baseball diamond. That never happened while we were there. The Appliances are new. The Walk-in closets are nice. The Bottom Floor is more expensive because there is a big Rec-room for a basement. The sliding screen door to the "Patio" is flimsy. The Central Air Condition wasn't that great, but the heat pumps well. There are a lot of domestic arguments around the Complex. The Police had to come numerous times. The Area is Wide open, so you can see eveything.
