This place is just another project. We have the ghetto'est neighbors from hell. Loud music, 50 million kids, and 20 million visitors. They take up all the parking spots, talk loud, smoke weed, and drink 40's. On top of all that they probably pay $100 bucks for three bedrooms and a basement. I think this goes for a lot of apartments here. There is always garbage around, loud kids, sometimes 2 and 3 year old out with thier six year old sibling, or no supervision at all. This is the perfect setting for a sex offender. If they wouldn't let the projects in with regular folk, there wouldn't be so many issues. But when you live next to people that don't know how to live and act, then we have a problem.
What's up with the green and brown doors.
This apartment is for you if you have section 8, or lower income access and if you are scared of living in a project type setting. Not all recipients of section 8 and lower income are bad, but the ones that live here are scandelous. Anyone that recommends these apartments are living in a fairytale.
Honestly, we are not getting a fraction of what we are paying for and when our lease is up we are OUT! For your own safety and sanity don't move here.

I work in the office for the complex, and trust me...Section 8 has nothing to do with what's going on in this development. Most of the people there do not have Section 8. While I do agree with everything you've said, I must let you know that you are absolutely wrong about Section 8 recipients. Please do your homework before making degrading comments about others.
