When I moved into Somerset Park in 2000.
The units were brand new.
You wonder how the apartments were built and ready for move in so quick.
They were built with cheap material.
The day I moved in the central air unit had leaked and there was a puddle of water in the kitchen & bathroom.
The maintanence workers moved the refrigerator into the living room to repair the kitchen floor and left marks on the rug.
The painting wasn't completed before I moved in.
The rent was extremely too high.
There were suppose to be a swimming pool, basketball court, and playground.
I lived there from 7/2000 to 12/01 and none of it was built.
That's false advertisement.
The walls were paper thin.
The windows were not insulated properly.
There was one spot in the kitchen & 2nd bedroom floor that was buckling.
Through the tile and rug you could feel the floor sink in that spot.
The place is not worth the money they ask.
When it snowed, the parking lot and side walk wasn't cleaned until 10:00 PM.
Find somewhere else to live unless you have money to waste.
