how can this be the same complex..where there is vandals as some state running around and also be the same place that has luxury houses as apart of the complex...literrally there are houses costing 600k plus...

Believe it or not, it's true. I know people that live in the townhouses and houses in the back and they hate that some of the people in the apartments are doing some of these things.
