For those that have moved out long ago because of the deteriorating conditions, you wouldn't be surprised to know it has gotten even worse. The apartments themselves are nice. I have a 1 BR, basemant, W/D, and deck. And I moved into a brand new unit. That is the only good I can find with it. Parking is horrible. I live in the back of my building and I have to lug groceries kinda far to my door. Then you have like 5 people in 1 apartment taking up many spaces. The rowdy kids hang out in the parking lots ALL NIGHT sitting on your car, smoking weed, drinking, eating and leaving all of their trash right there. You come out to your car in the morning and you see a pile of empty bags, food and broken glass all over the place. Expect to see broken glass every week that never gets cleaned up. Don't bother calling management.
Some of these rowdy kids try to come to the back of the building now and "hang out". I use to have some peace and quite but the last 2 years have been awful, especially when it is warm weather. I have 2 bad families in my building that seem to attract a bad group to their apartment for the hang out spot. I am not friendly with any of my neighbors because they are rude, don't speak to you and don't keep their children in line.
My car has been damaged atleast 5 times. I had a flat tire, my hood was dented, the side was dented and there are NUMEROUS scratches that suddenly appear the next day after I have parked it for the night. I even come home to have a group of guys sitting on my steps chilling. I mean the nerve to sit on someones steps you don't even know. The grounds always has trash laying around. There are areas they never bother cleaning. They only clean around the management office, the main street and the superintendent's apartment. Snow removal is done poorly and slow. They plow ONE time on the common roads, they never do the parking spaces. Management is lazy and hardly ever answers the phone. You are better off calling the main office.
I don't feel unsafe living here but I have problems with the conditions of the property. I pay too much to have an apartment that is suppose to be luxury but looks like this. In the past 3 years it has really started to look like the projects. Alot of the new neighbors don't seem to care and most of the good families have moved out.

I agree 100% with this review. If the building near me didn't burn down and drive those kids away from me I would have moved. You can't go out to your car without getting yelled at. My girlfriend would come over and they'd yell at her and make noises at her. Stay away from this dump!

Thank goodness for me, I live in the very front where they actually care about the appearance. No crime (thank GOD) happens over here, it's clean, and it's quiet. Every last person in each apartment in this biuldind cares about the area. When there is any wrong doing, the police are called ASAP and it doesn't happen again. I feel sorry for anyone who lives by the playground and beyond. Sorry :o(
