I am a working professional , Of course the management will say that everything is fine with this complex (MARIA)..The truth is we all know what the truth is. I live in Somerset Park and I cannot wait until my lease is up in a few months!! There is alot of Section 8 here and it does feel like the projects. Yes I will agree with you that we cannot blame people on Section 8 that is true maria. Let me let everyone know I do have Section 8 AND I am workinng , keep a very clean house. There are a few people here with Section 8 that just do not care. The blood gangs are all over this complex...All I can say is BEWARE!!!! RUN!! My cousin got robbed at 1:00pm in the afternoon..right around the corner from the managment ..Yes Management do u want 2 talk about that??? Go to public records everyone in Somerset County..The robbery was on Pickering Place. My cousins moved out 2 weeks later. I cannot wait to move after the Holidays.. If u do move in watch your water and sewer bill they owe the compny so much money so they try to be slick by charging you extra money .the water bill should only be about 40$ they put 60$ on the rent ..... So Maria !!! you know this complex is terrible... Stop lying 2 people!!

well, as you stated on your comments, my cousins moved out two weeks later >>>> I am pretty sure that when you moved here you did not listed your cousins nither your boyfriend as residents, I guess cause it would affected your sec8 benefits. so how can we control your cousins and boyfriend if we dont know them. get it

If it was you have bigger issues than what the tenants are righting. Go back to school and learn some proper spelling! Don't type/write the way you talk! GET IT!

this apartment complex is ghetto,some ppl don't care about the environment where they live. As for that Maria, she's a ----- with a capital B, i;m not a tenant,however i did call the office for prices, she as very rude, i explained to her that, just because someone is calling to get info for a place to live doesn't mean she's better than them, i make way over 85k a year and i'm sure her -------- secretary job makes half as much, any even, i think the owner should reconsider her employment status because she definitely reduces by far any chance of ppl whating to live there. Not to mention the cops having to patrol 10 times a day, it's not SAfe.... PLEASE DO NOT RENT!!!!!REnt at your own risk!!!!!!
