HATE IT HERE

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
These apartments were made so poorly that you hear everything your upstairs neighbor does including going to the bathroom. The superintendants never make sure that the upstairs tenants have adequate carpeting and even when you complain about it, nothing gets done. I have had two different upstairs neighbors and have had problems with both of them when it comes to the noise level. WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE QUIET.
