Okay, this place is AWESOME for the following reasons:
The community is all beautifally new buildings; The maintenance crew is great; the rooms are big, the appliances are new; Our rent went up $10 in two years.
BUT, this apartment complex is a NIGHTMARE for the follwing reasons:
You can hear EVERYTHING and I mean ever step, every word from the people upstairs and PRAY that they dont have little kids because it is a nightmare in every sense. Also, if you ever need to contact the office, well you can't. If I had their number I would post it here so that it would be available. Otherwise they are rarley open and you can only call at certain times of the day.
So, if you decide to live there, I would STRONGLY recommend an upstairs apartment..Although, the smells travel right up there so if someone is cooking something downstairs, you will wonder it smells like they are in your kitchen.
