You will love it here, if you are looking for a spacious apartment with decent amenities. I have a ground floor apartment and couldn't be happier. The neighbors upstairs are quiet and friendly. I always have parking, sometimes in front of my door. The grounds are very well maintained.
My only gripe would be with the poor insulated doors. In the Spring/Summer months you may encounter a few pesky spiders.
Otherwise, everything is great, including maintenance!
