These apartments have a nice physical appearance, but are made poorly that you can hear all of your neighbors. It is also more expensive or the same as other complexes with more amenities (pool, tennis court). It's convenient to stores and Rte 1. If you're looking for long-term try some others in the area. Also, within the first month of living here our car was stolen and the Franklin Park police didn't take us seriously at first. I've also heard about other incidents of car vandalism. Even though there are few cases, it makes you feel uneasy, and wondering where the police are if they claim to be patrolling the area often. Neighbors are not friendly and you can smell everything they cook. If you plan on living here, shed out the extra 5 bucks and live on the 2nd floor.
