On the plus side -

- It is very spacious.
- The neighbors are friendly overall.
- Nice play area for children.
- Washer and dryer included.
- Staff is friendly.

On the minus side -
- Our car was broken into at night.
- The sidewalk snow and ice is NEVER taken care of in the winter (only if you complain - then they will heavily salt your area and leave the neighbor's areas undone)
- Huge flying bugs outside in the summer - I don't know what they are but they're pretty scary looking and fly over your head as you try to make it in from the parking lot.
- No one is in the rental office before 11am and the number is not posted. Very difficult to reach someone when you need to.

If I were to do it over again, I would have taken a second floor apartment to avoid the wall to wall carpeting and the heavy footsteps from upstairs. But overall, we're happy here.
