I cannot comment on the situations of previous posters not getting any of their deposit back, but I can inform prospective tenants that I rented an apartment at Whitehall Gardens for several years and they did not deduct one cent.

I took good care of the place (of course there was normal wear and tear) and cleaned it extremely well before vacating the premises. I was worried that they might be crooks (because of a recent and horrible experience with another property), but it turned out that they are very fair.

I am very happy that I received all of my money, and I hope that they continue to have sound business practices.

By the way, the apartments were some of the nicest in the area for the money and maintenance was always timely and friendly.
