I have never experienced such a poor quality of maintenance in any of the apts i lived. The place is a house for bugs, ants, spiders, all kinds of strange insects............... This is because they don't even clean the area from time to time. When u ask about the insects inside house, they ask u to use the repellents and don't even take care of the issue! Its not only with the insect issue, but also with the other problems like replacing the broken tiles of the floor, painting the rusted door or repairing the hardwood floor................. They keep on postponing the things to be done and act very negligent when u talk about the issues!!!
I never seen this kind of management. My previous apts (SOMERSET MEWS APTS) had the best management ever and no such issues over there. White hall gardens has got the highest scoring may be because of its looks and space. But, plz don't be fooled by the looks of these buildings, they just look good from outside. Once u start living here, u will notice the poor quality of construction inside. The doors, walls, floor, cabinets everything has got some or the other problem!!! U can hear each and every noise from outside and from the next door neighbours like opening/slamming the door, climbing the steps, banging the walls.. U will be threatened inside by these sudden sounds and even the furniture inside will start vibrating!!!! I can say even more about my problems here, but its enough said..
Please people, make sure everything is fine b4 u step into these apts, be reluctant in getting the things done b4 u start living here... Otherwise, they will fool u by keeping on telling they will do it someday.. and that day never comes!!!! Trust me, don't even imagine about coming here and staying good.

Update:This is my another bad experience here. There is water leakage from my bedroom floor during the rain, and its not yet been fixed since months. These people don't even come and take a look at the situation. They don't respond to the emergency number and they talk very rude and hang up the phone. Its really crazy here, they don't have any responsibility being the owners of an apartment. Im waiting to get out of here soon.

Update:They started working on it but let me see where it takes us..
