Very Good Apartments - I have been living in Franklin Greens just over six months, and I was a bit tensed with the noisy neighbors, but I found my experience very good. Some good some bad I lived here for a year. It is a nice and cool place. Management is gud. But they have outdated centralized heating and cooling system. i think they should replace now. It adds tons in your electricity bill but you won't feel cool in Summer and hot in winter.

I love living here! I've been here for 2 years. Maintenance is competent. Neighbors are nice, polite, and kind. Its a nice quiet place for people in their 30's to 50's. College students would hate it here. Most here are professionals with or without children.
