I just visited the apartment with my Cousin and i just love it.Apartment building is good, Office Staff are friendly and the service staff is prompt.The Assistant Property Manager explain everything and she is so nice. We just signed the lease and i am eagerly waiting to move to this

I don't know what bothers me more...the lack of hot water any time or the fact that about 10% of the time I try to turn on water during the day (work hours), there is NO WATER...at all. And they never let us know ahead of time. Everytime they turn it back on we get some nice brown

Be aware, rental. They are scams and fraud people especially the super intendant. They never give the security money back even though you have clean and fix the apartment/ town house after move-out. Forget about your security deposit, they give you bills more than your security deposit

WORST PLACE EVER NOT SAFE , worst management ever, and not safe to live in at all. Think twice before living here your life could be in real jeopardy. Plus they ripped off my security deposit even after giving them two months notice for breaking the lease and paying for my two months rent
