me and my husband have been moving a lot from one state to another and within states as well.in total we have lived in 7 apartments in 2 yrs time because of my husbands job.Brookside apartments may look good from outside but trust me its nothing like that from inside.Its worst experience:1.maintenance is very bad.
2. water pressure keeps on changing. taking bath is a bad very bad experience almost everyday cause hot water consistenty changes constantly.sometimes it becomes ice cold n then with a minute its biolin hot.you wont come to know unless you actually take a shower or wash utensils .we were told tht it?ld change once winter is over .but of course it is the same ..we have to wait sometimes half an hour in the bath with soap all over body for water to get hot from suddenly getting cold.4.no dish washer ok. hey at least they should have 2 sinks in kitchen.
5,no dinning area..hallo where do we eat'..we had to throw our dining table cause it would not fit in.
6. the walls are paper thin ..you can literally hear each n everything goin on in other apaartments.forget about all the noise outside ..weird neighbourhood.
7. closet rooms are so small we had to buy our new almirah n then the bed room is also small so it makes ur room look so overstuffed.
8.last but trust me not the least.please spare yourself the visit to the laundry room ..its a nightmare...its in basemnet with steep entrance .n dirtiest laundry room ever on planet earth.

As a resident now, everything mentioned in the review is completely TRUE! They reviewer forgot to mention the size of the bathroom itself. Because the apartments have one air conditioner in the living room and one in the master bedroom during the summer half of the apartments are sweatboxes. I was told to place a ceiling fan in the bedroom. If the bedrooms have a temp. of over 90 a ceiling fan does nothing. When you are in the bathrooms during any type of warm weather, you will most likely be sweating more after your shower than before. The parking situation is a nightmare. My roommate and I use to share a car, when he came home from work at night, most mornings he would draw a map of the exact location of the car, which was usually 2 blocks away. During a building inspection, the inspector noticed a few tiles missing from the shower. We were told this would be taken care of, it has been over 2 years and the tiles are still missing. I would advised anyone to really thing long and hard before taking.
