I enjoyed my time there

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
I had one of the large single bedrooms on Brookside Ave over towards Immaculata School. Lived there from 1997 - 2000.
The reviewer who complained about not having a dining are just wasn't bright enough to rent an apartment WITH a dining room. The apartment was the perfect size for a single guy.
Garages become available but many are doubles that are not split by a wall - so you better trust the person next to you.
The only negatives were:
If you have a noisy downstairs or upstairs neighbor, you're screwed. Hardwood floors carry all the noise.
Parking was tough even then.
The laundry area was ugly - I never did my laundry on the premesis.
Positives were many:
Somerville is a great town. I'd still be there if I didn't take a job in North Jersey.
Bridgewater Mall is very close.
Rts 22, 287, and 78 are all easily accessible.
Great trail cycling on the Raritan & Delware Canal path that you can pick up in Manville
The office people are caring and very nice.
Maintenance was propmt.
