Pros
====
- Near to shopping mall
- Near to grocery stores
- Nice talking apartment management office staff(difficult to find nice dealing office staff in other apartments).
- Low apartment prices.
Cons
====
- Horrible water ( not drinkable).
- disgusting laundry facilities
- unreliable laundry - works 50% of the time only - rain will enter basements and laudry does not work for days.
- Grounds not maintained. Maintained only near road ends not inside complexes.
- Water stagnates every where inside the complexes for days after rain.
- Small sized apartments - so is low rent.
- Very old apartments
- Irregular heating - too hot, too cold, no proper control
- Horrible pavements to walk from parking lot to apartments( rain means walking in mud)
- Loud noises - from nearby immaculata
school marching band practices.
- traffic jam when school buses comes at 7.30am and leaves at 3.30pm.
- Asking for repairs = asking for inspection
- Issues legal notices if they found any thing non compliant to apartment lease with our talking to you first.
- Promptly forwards all complaints to next apartment references. You will never get a good future apartment with their references.
