Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Horrible water ( not drinkable).
unreliable laundry - works 50% of the time only - rain will enter basements and laudry does not work for days.
Grounds not maintained. Maintained only near road ends not inside complexes.
Water stagnates every where inside the complexes for days after rain.
Very old apartments
Irregular heating - too hot, too cold, no proper control
Issues legal notices if they found any thing non compliant to apartment lease with our talking to you first.
The main reason you should not opt for this apartment is that you will not get the security deposit back from them. They will find some reason to hold the security deposit.
