this apartment is awful. the grounds are poorly maintained. the parking lots need to be redone badly as potholes are everywhere. gutters can be seen hanging from the buildings. squirrels live in roof. management is aware of problems and completely uninterested in fixing! leaky sewage line leads to unwelcome smells. apt. itself is nice and cheap but better maintenance can be found elsewhere in the neighborhood for a comparable price. consider yourself warned! Parking is a nightmare on weekends if you get home after 10 pm. Parking rules not enforced at all so parking permits me nothing. Total free for all. Tenants often park on grass on friday and saturday nights.
