The staff (----- & ----) are horrible. They are very uncourteous to the customers. Planning to report to the management.I don't know why they behave so rude with customers, may be because they are not paid well. and they end up showing all the unhappiness towards customers.

Horrible water ( not drinkable).

No laundry - Laundry was shut down almost a year, but never got repaired till now.

Grounds not maintained. Maintained only near road ends not inside complexes.
Water stagnates every where inside the complexes for days after rain.

Very old apartments
Irregular heating - too hot, too cold, no proper control

Issues legal notices if they found any thing non compliant to apartment lease with our talking to you first.

The main reason you should not opt for this apartment is that you will not get the security deposit back from them. They will find some reason to hold the security deposit. Iam planning to move now.

Be careful in choosing this apartment.
