I lived in this place for two years before relocating to CA and had no complaints. I asked maintenance for repairs and were fixed. Management was good and my water bills were not a significant amount. My apartment was small but nice and in a nice location. Pretty good for their price and location.

I agree. I met the grounds guy and he is always trying to maintain the place in nice condition.
