There is nothing good about Brookside garden. Its very old community (about 30 years old) so maintenance is needed badly. There heating system / A.C. are very old and sometime its even not working. You complain thousands time to the management but they will not listen to your complain they will just say that maintenance staff is working on it don't know when it will get fixed. About management Kathy is very rude and totally not supportive. They recently installed/started water meter even though you use it or don't use it it will come around $200-300 a month.

I am urging you to not to go to this brookside garden as I experienced very bad and I don't want someone to go and experienced the same.

I've lived here for a few years now and I agree with you completely! The office staff are rude and some of the maintenance are beginning to be rude as well. My neighbors are constantly making noise after 10 pm and have no consideration, even when you bring it to their attention. My husband and I need peace and quiet and this place is not it! Not only do we pay for water, we will soon begin to pay heat! Not worth paying much for a crummy place! I can't wait for my lease to be over! Brookside is not what they used to be :(
