The apartments are nice, but management leaves something to be desired. Leaks, fire damage, broken appliances take FOREVER to fix. Elevators are slow and unreliable. On a positive note, the walls are definitely fireproofed. My neighbor set fire to the place, and my apartment had only severe smoke and water damage. Nothing was burned. (They did neglect to clean anything for a month...but that goes back to the bad mgmt issue.) Rent is raised every year.
