The reason why the apt hallway (every floor) stinks is because of the food people cook. Lately, there has been major take over by ------- and trust me that their food aroma, crawls into your own apt, which has poor ventilation. All the apts have poor ventilation thus it really stinks in there. Then people smoke in the stairwells and the neighbors aren't friendly. You say hi to them, and they'd rather not reply. The elevators smell like indian food and the management can lie through their teeth. Geez! There is one called Luis, the super or some lousy title liek that..he is the biggest liar. He lies about fixing stuff when he hasn't even stepped into your apt. The upper management, the LCL office in Parsippany are really horrible. You call them, they don't reply your call yet they call the on site manager that you've called and they plot ways to hang on to your security deposit once they know you are moving out. They are very bitter people as a matter of fact. They are only nice when you move in and very krafty and bitter when you are about to move out. I wouldn't live there again.Noise proof is horrible. You hear everything, Including when your neighbors are banging in the middle of the night.And Dogs harrass you everyday in the elevators and on some floors.
