The management changed in the middle of my stay at the apartments. In the beginning it was OK (except for when I came home to find that maintenance came in to fix the air conditioner that wasn't broken; according to the slip, it was not only the wrong apartment, it was completely the wrong BUILDING. The office did not seem to think this was an issue).
Once the management changed over, things just got worse. My tub actually filled up from the drain every time the neighbors behind me used their tub due to a major plumbing problem. I had maintenance come at least 3 times to fix this and they seemed incredulous that something like that could even happen, and therefore it was never really fixed, leaving me with a dirty sludgy tub. Finally, when the problem got so bad that the bathroom below me flooded through the ceiling, it was supposed to be fixed.
That was before the new year (of 2002). Someone finally came to check this in about June. Tiles and the splashguard were removed to work on the pipes, and I am STILL waiting for them to be replaced.
The office is absolutely NOT helpful with any inquiry at any time.
