For people with legitimate complaints, I do believe they will eventually be resolved, not to mention that this could be a very worthwhile website. But for those of you & you know who you are (D.C., W.S., & of course good ole T.H.) who have nothing better to do but sit in misery from all your negativity & boredum day after dreadful day waiting for the excitement of the next dose of chaos you cause for others, this is another dead end for you. People can read between the lines and know that this is a decent place to live, providing that we all do our share to keep our areas neat, clean & sanitary thus leaving the -----roaches HOMELESS, A little bleach goes a long way on killing the germs that cause scum & mold. DO we really expect maintenance to come in daily to clean our own soap scum'''' (maybe while they're there they can do your dinner dishes from last week as well,Hey, less cockroaches I might be onto something)---GET REAL!!!!!!! AS for wear & tear maintenance: (BUILDING MAINTENANCE) air conditioners, plumbing problems,windows, etc... yes we need Nieuw Amsterdam & I truly believe they are there when they are needed most. In all my years here I have never felt in danger. I think certain people have confused the fact that we only rent here, we do not own here. Even if we owned our own homes we would need to keep our environments clean, SANITARY, & bug free. I dont know of any home that is without a few spiders or little unwelcome guests, I for one find one bug & it is one too many (they make RAID for this) VOILA... one too many becomes none.It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out how to prevent certain situations from becoming big problems. I guess what youre saying is that London Terrace and Parkwood are a step up'''''' Maybe you should live that experience, then realize how good we really do have it. Your first step in making your home a happy, CLEAN, safe place is to take a home economics course, and than GET A LIFE!!!!

NEVER USE BLEACH ON MOLD. IT CAUSES THE SPORES TO MULTIPLY AND WILL MAKE ANY MOLD SITUATION WORSE. THIS SHOWS CLEARLY HOW INCOMPETENTLY ISSUES ARE HANDLED BY LAYMEN RATHER THAN SUBCONTRACTED SERVICE PROVIDERS.
