I too am a former tenant and can wholeheartedly agree with many of the posters here. When I first moved in, NAV was a quiet and nice place to live. Throughout the three years that I spent there, the quality of "everything" went from good to poor. Maintenance takes weeks to get to any request that you have. Some even go into apartments without an authorization. (Is this legal, I think not). When they did do repairs, they used spit and glue so that within 6 months, you had the same request. I strongly urge those thinking about NAV to think again....this is truly not the place for you
