I have been a tennant of NAV for almost 2 years now. Funny thing is that everything happens when you are home. NO LIGHTS, NO HOT WATER, NO HEAT (winter time) The maintenance/grounds people are a joke. Instead of hiring someone to remove CATS..how about the Dogs' 20 lbs and over not allowed'' BS!! I have seen some dogs walking about bigger than Turner and Hooch dog. ( you had to see the movie)
My aparment smells like mildew and no matter what I do or put inside nothing works. (summer time I have to have the AC on) I had someone check it out and was told that because of basement and crawl spaces not properly insulated and windows sealed moisture will develope causing the STINCH!
I won't dare use the laundry rooms as they are filty. People will wash everything including the kitchen sick if they could. Not repecting others. (especially carpets with hair)
People that live upstairs ...well it should be manditory that they have full carpet through out the whole apartment. I know the person upstair from me doesn't. I can hear heals, kids like they are marching in a parade. Music, TV and loud Voices. Oh wait lets not forget the pounding of the treadmill.
Lights outside need to be repaired. Parking lots are dark. So yeah even a cat will scare you!. Garbage under the bushes never cleaned out. How many flyers does it take to be thrown under the bushes before it gets cleaned out' Is this part of the "Top Quality Maintenance' How about a street cleaner once in awhile to remove all the rocks and debrie in the street. So people dont get hit with flying rock. Heck have IT REPAVED! It should be time to paint my apartment but I won't even ask the building as their cheap paint stinks. I don't even think it was painted when I moved it as there are patched everywher and holes here and there. (something they said make a list and we'll take care of) not holding my breath. I have had back up problems in the tub (really gross) They don't want lawn material left outside but you would think that they would throw down some seeds or sod where all the big bald spots are. You see it only by the office building. Nice flowers by the way.. how about planting some by all the other buildings'
It takes the proper Management and Maintenance people to keep this place looking like they want to. So perhaps its time to reprint your flyer and not list the Beautifully Landscaped Grouds (only if you get building 1) Parking spots are a joke. Hire someone to get rid of the JUNK cars and give each apartment 1-2 spots and have the cars regisitered. Any excess of cars... charge them RENT.. you will see how fast they stop bringing their the 3rd car or Business trucks home. Cars with FLAT tires, engine problems without insurance on it also should be removed.
You quote "Specializing in Top Quality Maintenance" Put your money where your mouth is NAV. Yes there are other places to live but most people will tell you that its conveinent and NAV takes advantage of that.
I could keep writing but will anything really get done' Also just because I have checked that I would recomend this place doesn't mean I am a happy camper. I do need a place to live that is close by to the Bus and thats what helps us working class people!
