I have never in my life been spoken to so rude. If you call the office with a question, the ladies answering the phone will constantly talk over you and ignore you. I had to call 4 times to have junk (which wan't mine) in the front of my house removed.

I have also had repairs done in my home and had to wait up to 2 weeks for them to come and check it out. Last winter (2004) our heat was on the fritz. If we turned it on at any temperature, it would always be 90 in our apt. So we had to live with shutting off the heat and freezing or being in a 90 sauna. When I called to complain, I was told that I shouldn't complain becasue at least I had some sort of heat. What is that!!!!!

The apartments may look cosmetically okay and a good price for NJ but really think twice. Neighboors don't consider the quiet after 10 rule and sometimes my floor would actually vibrate becasue of neighbors loud music.
