My experience has been terrible while living here. There have been many problems in my apt. (loss of heat, showers backing up, etc) and I would need to call the office multiple times before someone would contact me. There has also been problems with a large dog that lived near my apartment. This dog would bark for hours at a time when left unattended and the owners knew about it and do nothing. I guess they felt they could do whatever they wanted becasue he worked there.

I placed calls and wrote letters to the apartment complex and management offices about these problems and not one person had the courtesy to call me or say they would look into it.

I thought I had a good apartment at a good price when I signed this lease but sadly enough everything about this apartment complex falls short, from noise to management to maintence to price. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here even if the price is tempting.
