I have lived here for a little over a year and it's filthy. Our 'landscaping' is mud, they do not remove the leaves, dog ---- everywhere. Don't get me wrong, the price is good but we're living in the slums here. Shower is disgusting, hardly any hot water, toilet always backed up. PARKING' Don't get me started. There is a 'two car rule' here. There is a near-by family who has 5 cars. They park those pieces of junk cars everywhere. Everywhere I look, there is one of their disgusting cars. Oh, By the way, the owner of the cars works for the development. That tells you a lot right there. I never could find a parking spot. I come home from work and I have to park far from my own apartment. Are you kidding. I'll write a 5 page essay on how terrible it is to live here. It is so trashy. Kitchen cabinents are from the 1950s. Hardly any snow removal in the winter. The workers are paid to do nothing and look dirty. You're not fooling anyone BY THE WAY. They just sit around in their pick up trucks and drive around. Thermostat is here for show. It does not work ( IN ANY OF THE APARTMENTS ). It's freezing. Hopefully you read the whole thing, overall, just don't move here. You will REGRET IT. REGRET REGRET.
